    I don't believe I EVER saw anyone explain the "stork theory" that far. CUTE! Yeah, my life all too often has been like that stork's.

    Cute video! I've always thought that precipitation is what causes it to rain but I stand corrected, now I truely know why it rains, lol.

      Precipitation CAN'T cause rain, because then it would never rain. When enough condenses such that it can no longer remain as a vapor, and falls low enough, it comes down as rain. It could come down as snow, or end up kind of repeating the process, and come down as hail. Any of them are called precipitation though.

      But HEY! The video only said a dark cloud could throw a tantrum and create rain!
