Thinking outside the box!

I was scrolling down my Facebook news feed and this sponsored ad caught my eye, I've trained myself to ignore theses ads but this one was different.

I like the way he only used a portion of his canvas for the background image and the caricature looks like it's popping off the image.

    I prefer to do my thinking without a box at all.

    It's a nice looking ad, but hardly a new idea.

    No the idea is not new but I have seen tens of thousands of sponsored ads on Facebook and this is the first time that I have seen a marketer do this there, nobody or very few are doing these.

      I've done it a couple of times myself, but not on an actual ad. Thanks for sharing, I might look into doing this with some ads.

    I don't really like this one. I like the way he used it, too - but for an ad about getting more out of life, the pic is kinda disconcerting. Big smelly city with a lot of smog. GREAAAT.
