Demographic data is currently unavailable

This is regarding FACEBOOK only.

I have over 1000 likes on my page and I can see nearly all the stats inside INSIGHTS however when I go into PEOPLE to see where the interactions are coming from i have this message:

"Demographic data is currently unavailable"

There really is very little help online regarding this.

I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this and more importantly whether anyone knows how to resolve it.

    I sometimes get that sort of message when I'm looking at custom audience data. I hear it's because some countries don't have that information yet, FB hasn't made that available.
    Maybe that's the same for you?

    I should add that it's not very often though!
