Check this out.

That took tons of talent!

I'm thoroughly impressed!

Definitely a very impressive display, and agreed, a lot of talent and time went into that.

However, I sure wouldn't want to be one of the next door neighbors during the holidays!

I LOVE Trans Siberian Orchestra and Carol of the Bells is one of my favorites of theirs. So I wouldn't mind at all well unless I was watching the grandbabies over night.

Anyway, I thought Thom would get a kick out of the drums.

Oh, I liked the music, Terra. But I would think listening to that multiple times a day for weeks on end - plus the very bright, flashing lights - would get old very fast. But the display was brilliant, no doubt about it.

Yes, probably would be hard to get the grandbabies asleep! How old are they and how many do you have?

I have 5 of them. Their ages range from 2 through 10, two boys and three girls.

Yeah, now that you mention it, every day for weeks on end would certainly begin to grate on a nerve or two, lol!

No doubt you're the doting grandma (typing that seems weird, because you look nothing like I remember my grandmothers - they looked like grandmas, you don't!)

Terra, you look way too young to have 5 grand kids.

Thank you for the compliment! My daughters always say they hope they look like I do when they become grandmas.

You pegged me! Doting I am, lol!

                  Anyway, Cheryl, here they are.

                  Yikes!

That's bigger than what I recall. Sorry.

Terra, that's a great photo (and very large, lol)! The girl in the striped sweater looks a lot like you (I see some resemblance in the others as well, but most strongly with her). Very lovely grandchildren!

(Btw, woke up this morning with this version of Carol of the Bells playing in my head!)

                      Thanks!

The one in the blue sweatshirt looks just like her mommy when she was that age and the little one with the curly hair looks just like her mommy when her mommy was that age.

LOL about the song in your head.

oh Terra, your grandbabies are just too cute for words -
I really love kids but unfortunately I think I am going to be a very old grandma - my son is still in college and I don't think he wants kids until he has been out of college and working in his chosen field for a bit

Age doesn't matter a bit in grandmother-hood. It's the love of a grandmother that counts. And the doting.

It's a whole new kind of love, I can't wait until you can experience it. You'll make an awesome grandma, I just know it.
