Is Staffing Agency is Valuable Or Not?

Hello Everyone,
I am new to forum discussion. I want to know about some real experience about staffing agencies services. Services provided by staffing agency are valuable for a candidate or not? Please share some experience about services provided by staffing agency.

    It would be kinda hard for us in other countries to know how the agencies run in India. I used them here in the states a lot. I wanted to work, but didn't want to get into "forever" jobs, preferring to have time for my home and spouse now and then. They worked pretty well for me. I had some very interesting assignments through them. They seem to not be as good as they used to be here, though. The assignments are more hum-drum run of the mill employment now, yet there's some industries that are hard to get into without going through them to get your foot in the door. I'd say you'd have to check them out - see what they have to offer and if the industries you want to go into are something you want permanent jobs in, and if so, if you want a permanent job. If that is the case, I'd go around them if possible.

    Some staffing agencies are good and worthwhile and some are mere LEACHES! It depends on their policies and what they do.
