    Merry Christmas everyone!

    Just getting ready to sit down with the family shortly. We have a tradition where we just curl up on the couch, recliner, etc and do snack trays on Christmas Eve instead of a big dinner. Smoked sausage, Lil' Smokies, Turkey, assorted cheeses, crackers, etc with different sauces, mustards, blah, blah, blah.

    Then we turn on "It's A Wonderful Life" (I have it on DVD) and open our stockings.

    It's basically junk food and a movie, but it's our tradition that we started years ago and it's special.

    I'm off to bed early. Tomorrow we open gifts first thing and eat the roast beast for lunch. :-)

    Once again, I wish everyone a very merry Christmas!

      We just had our fried smelts, calamari and shaved scungilli salad, clams oreganata, shrimp scampi, lobster fra diavolo, steamed mussels and a nice Chianti.

      Burp!

      New York Rangers hockey at 8 PM and off to dreamland by 11:30, lest Santa be forced to skip our humble abode.
