    lol saw this the other day. I've had this exact same problem, except it was choosing a domain name.

    YEAH, they obviously did checks, and broke out at that point. I wonder if any frameworks do that.

    But there are a LOT of examples of such problems. Another one I hate is how they return a page that MANY, like me, may only see PART of, and make it look like things WORKED! ALSO, I just had a problem where the page simply CRASHED because I violated checks that a decade ago might have seemed reasonable but TODAY are often wrong. Luckily, I DID have another email address, but I didn't want to use it for THIS.

    I saw this one years ago. What I will never understand is why the password to my Library online account requires that I type in 1. my full library card number 2. a secret 4 digit pin 3. my home phone number but when I want to take out money with my bank card my password is simply 4 digits.
