How do I find a thread?

I had this thread bookmarked http://www.warriorforum.com/test-for...k-offline.html
but its gone.it had some really good tips in it that I started to follow, but now its gone.

anyone know if I can see the contents of that thread again?
Or how I can contact the author?

    So what you're asking is, If someone wanted to search for a thread, how would they begin their search?

    If you know the original poster or were active in it you should be able to search your recent posts. Just use the search feature. If by chance it was removed by a moderator, you might be able to use google and find their Cache of the old post.

    I was trying to find the Google cache for it but didnt know how. I put it into google and nothing came up

    grrrr, why do good threads get deleted?
