Paypal New Look - Horrible How Do I Switch Back To Old View

Hi Guys,

So I wake up and log into paypal today, and realise, how horrible the new look is!

My goodness, it looks like I am looking at a large MOBILE APP, rediculous! WTF?

I hate this new look and revamp on PAYPAL, it silly....

Anyone know How I can log in and change the view back to the old PP interface, the clean one, that is easy to navigate.

I'm So so frustrated, another idiotic move by paypal. If it ain't broke do not fix it.

Can anyone help?

    Don't panic. There's the option to switch back to "classic" view once you log in to your account.

      Hi Frank, I just found the solution thanks to you. +1

      but it does seem that everytime you log in you have to keep clicking the CLASSIC link to go back to the old view. Dang it. Paypal thumbs down to them. But thumbs up to you. Thanks mate.

          I prefer the classic view as well, but I have to switch mine every time I log in. I must be missing a step to get it to stay in classic view....

            That's odd. Unless it's a UK thing. Did PayPal get you to complete a survey the first time you changed back?

    Just tested and Cheryl appears to be correct. I don't see a way to make the selection stick.

    I'm a little confused. Paypal made a design change well over a year ago. I switched to the classic view back then and still have the classic view. Are saying there's been another change, or don't you guys log into you Paypal account very often?

      Dennis, it looks like yet another design change. I changed to classic before and it stuck. This time the format reverts back.

        Maybe they haven't switched everyone over because I just logged in and I still have the classic interface. Sent myself some money while I was there and all that looked the same, too.

      Yep, I also switched back then, but the design changed again a few days ago. This time when I tried to switch back, I had to fill out a survey saying why I didn't like the new design. I clicked on a couple of the options provided and was taken back to the classic view, where it's stayed since. We'll see how long it lasts this time, but it seems like PayPal are determined to force the new design through eventually.

        That's interesting, because I log in several times a week and I don't see anything different (maybe I'm just dim? ). I just tried again, switched to classic, but no survey - and the site looks the same to me as it has for the past several months.

        So, apparently I'm not only a bit dim, but my opinion doesn't even count....

          At this point I'm guessing they're doing a limited roll out, trying to get feedback to make adjustments/corrections before rolling it out to the entire community. The last design change wasn't received very well, if user comments are any indication. They may be trying to avoid a second design flop.

            If they paid any attention to the comments I left about their "easier to use" new interface, they'll never roll it out
