I'd heard that the relaxing of cannabis laws was to be universal.

Out of bed, odd's on it is Mars Aura, and it is highlighting Martian dust!

Mars does have a magnetic field, but since its core has shut down, the magnetic lines are not like ours, but concentrated in certain areas.

No doubt one of those magnetic fields are present in this area, which is concentrating the interaction from the sun!

There, time will tell if l am right?

Ogliby the Astronomer assured us, we were in no danger, he was convinced that there could be no living thing, on that remote, forbidding planet, apart from fluffy bunnies of course, he, he!

Great, mystery solved, now if we can just find some way to contact those baffled scientists and put them out of their misery.

At this point, your explanation is as good as any. :-)

It's a methane cloud caused by flatulent Martian bunnies. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

        I fixed that for you.

Although yours was equally as appropriate and funny.

Ummm, possible for one of them, but this has happened several times, so l will stick with my theory!

I will wait for NASA scientists to post an update so l can show off how much of a smart-a*** l am, or go skulking away, while Claude and Dan, make fluffy bunny gags, sniff!

But odd's on l am in the ballpark!

              Hi Shane,

Not one to be an expert on this but regarding Sal's point and your point that it's happened several times, isn't there the possibility, what with it being space etc, that maybe this is one of several asteroids or bits of space debris that may have hit Mars?

              Just thinking out loud.

Hmmm, Sal could be right, but l still think that l am, the odd's are against an asteroid hitting the same place a month later!

Scientists are amazed that plumes of dust could last that long, duh, sounds like NASA data is developing holes!

Or Mars atmosphere is a lot thicker than they say!

The other interesting thing about those amateur images is the white, thick clouds and the fact that one seems a lot darker than the rest! It doesn't conclusively prove that storm clouds are on Mars, but it is pretty good!

Probably explains all that clear, liquid flowing about it it's surface!

Yes that's true about the same place. They mention auroras too, when you said it was an aura, I thought you meant an aura!

Dr Garcia Munoz explained: "We know in this region on Mars, there have been auroras reported before. But the intensities we are reporting are much much higher than any auroras seen before on Mars or on Earth.
