......by July to allow the animal producers to transition to other treatments. ???? So why do they need "other treatments"? Just let us eat some real food and get over it.

The liver is like the animal cesspool. Things tend to concentrate in it. Even breasts are likely to have arsenic, even if not as much. ENJOY!

Chicken livers with bacon, green peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic with a toss of crushed red pepper, a sprinkle of freshly-grated Parmesan and splash of dago red served over risotto. That's living folks. The arsenic is just a little something extra that Mother Nature brings to the party. No harm - no foul.

Chicken livers and hot sauce...once in awhile when a whole chicken comes with the liver inside, I get it baked at the bottom of the pan. That is good enough to eat all the time, so I never buy the livers or I would.

          This isn't organic arsenic - it's inorganic arsenic. There's a difference.

It's not just in the liver - it is concentrated in the liver - it's in the meat itself. That's what gives that doped up chemical, antibiotic treated meat the natural pink color. If you are eating inorganic chicken at all, you are building up toxic reserves of inorganic arsenic.
