Just so you guys know, this PROBABLY uses one of the newer INTEL SOCs! You may not know this, but companies like samsung and APPLE cheat, and have for YEARS! They buy component designs and base designs from a company called ARM, and have been biting heavily into INTELs business. They had a near monopoly on phones, tablets, and a near monopoly on tons of other things, like the Raspberry PI that KIM spoke of. A couple years ago, intel started joining the market. It STILL costs more than ARM chips, but it is compatible. ARM chips have LINUX versions just for them that are compatible with other LINUX versions, etc... But at least MOST ARMs can't run M/S Windows.

ANYWAY, a lot of those chips have limited addressing, etc... so it may be harder to upgrade. And some instructions, even on intel's HIGHER END chips are missing(INTEL has a chip comparison engine on their website to catch such things), so running windows 7 doesn't mean it will run 8.1 or 10.
