And YEAH, he is the stereotypical low class punk that ends up getting filthy rich!

I wish I knew more about usher at this point, but I can suspect! From Wikipedia:

Usher commented that while he and Bieber were both signed at the same age, "I had the chance to ramp up my success, where this has happened to Bieber abruptly." As a result, Usher, Braun, Bieber's bodyguard and other adults surrounding Bieber constantly coach him on handling fame and his public image.[22] After signing Bieber, Usher appointed one of his former assistants, Ryan Good, to be Bieber's road manager and stylist. Good, once nicknamed Bieber's "swagger coach", created a "streetwise look" for the singer which consisted of baseball caps, hoodies, dog chains and flashy sneakers. Amy Kaufman of The Los Angeles Times comments, "Though a product of a middle-class suburban upbringing in Stratford, Ontario, Bieber's manner of dress and speech ("Wassup man, how you doin'?" or "It's like, you know, whateva' ") suggest he's mimicking his favorite rappers."[90]

I think part of Beiber's current problems stem from NOT being a low class punk. That's an image he cultivated but not what he came from.

He started to believe his own hype and as the screaming around him died down somewhat he reverts to that image to get attention.

In other words - pretentious spoiled brat.

Usher grew up - Beiber is trying hard not to.

I agree SOMEWHAT with spoiled brat, as he IS both! But a low class punk goes BEYOND that.

As for your LAST statement? It is IRONIC! Apparently, Usher appointed a mentor to beiber to try to HELP him grow up! If I knew usher better, and then agreed with your statement about him growing up, I would have brought that up, and called him a nice guy. I mean if a nice person tries to help a young kid get ahead, etc.... and does this, that is NICE! And Usher said that HE got into the business at about the same age as Justin, though he DOES mention that it was harder for HIM(harder for usher).

I'm not sure these neighbors really have a case. He was a bad neighbor. He already settled for egging their house. You can't sue someone twice for the same thing. As for his bodyguards using offensive language? That's against the law? 90% of the country is in trouble if so.

Can you sue someone for being an asshole? lol.

I think he is a twat but the hyateria around him is crazy so I guess it's working. Im sure there are much better PR guys then me who have got this all planned out. They all start innocent, British, miley, Lyndsey and now Justin... It's either a trend that money causes celebrity's to be twats or they want them to be, who knows but yeah, he's a twat!!

It's definitely working for Miley Cyrus, but I suspect that she personally engineered that. I could be wrong. Maybe it was all planned out by a committee for all I know.
