Help direct me to right place

I am new to posting, so I don't know exactly what to do. A few days ago I ordered a book from Warrior Forum and it shows on my bank statement as paid, but I have not hear anything from anyone as to where or when I would receive the (e-book I think). I expected to see it in my email after I made the purchase. I opened 2 tickets but they go through Freelancer-but I have not received an answer from them, accept a ticket number assigned to both of the tickets that I opened. Can anyone guide me in the right direction to get the information that I paid $5.00 for? I thi k it's been about 3 days now. Thanks for any help to can offer. Have a great day.

    I assume you mean ebook to download and not a book. And by WF, I assume you mean a WSO.

    PayPal should redirect you or send a link after the transaction.

    Also check your email for a purchase email with download link.

    Else, message the seller or ask in the WSO thread.

    1. Check your spam folder. Always.

    2. Be aware that Warrior Forum is just the marketplace. While there's nothing wrong with asking them for help, your first step should be with the party to whom you paid money. If you're not sure who this is, take a look at your bank statement and other transaction documentation.

    In general, you need to be aware of who you pay money to. This information is usually on the web page when you pay, as well as sales pages, emails, etc.
