WOW! I liked it better when I was young, and things were based more on a meritocracy. I learned American English, and some British English, and if someone hadn't been in the US for a while, I could tell. If someone hadn't been speaking a legitimate English dialect(New zealand, Britian, US, Canada, etc...), I could tell. And based on THAT ALONE, I could tell the legitimacy of a call such as this.

NOW, with the PC, etc... THEY DON'T CARE if someone can speak proper english! But it is ILLEGAL for bill collectors to threaten you in such a way. You can NOT bring any police into such a case unless it is LEGITIMATE! Unsecured debt is NOT considered legitimate unless there is a JUDGEMENT! The JUDGEMENT must be made in a COURT by a judge. When he says COAT, he apparently means COURT. So he is putting the CART before the horse! And that green dot deal sounds very phony ALSO, ESPECIALLY if you have less than an hour(after the call and getting ready and all, the 2 hours is nearly GONE)! As for the WIFE? SOMETIMES VOICE made sense but OTHER times, WHO KNOWS!?!?!?

ME? Maybe I would start trying to get him to start saying weirder words, and maybe speak a few other languages to him. EVENTUALLY, maybe I might tell him I never bothered to learn EINGLISH!(misspelling done on purpose, and pronounced as written.)
