Antonym to Megalomanic: Diminumaniac?

I couldn't find any antonyms to megalomaniac. Would it be diminumaniac?
A megalomaniac might think he's Thor the Thunder God. A diminumaniac might have the deluded belief of being a fungus spore trapped in the alleyway behind the strip club.

    Opposite Word of megalomaniac:

"altruistic, humble, modest, reserved, selfless, shy, submissive, timid, unassuming"
Seems if the person is the opposite of a megalomaniac - he isn't a maniac at all. Who knew?

The opposite is a mirror reflection, but in the other direction. The opposite of 7 is negative 7.

So, the opposite of me, would be, Negative me...or ...as it's called in the South...a Riffle.

I would say Kay is right in this one, TB. A megalomaniac is a person who is maniacally impressed with their own worth, power, intelligence -- narcissistic. I've never even heard of a diminumaniac, but it doesn't seem to be quite an opposite of narcissist. Understanding that one is powerless is not always the same as having a feeling of lack of value or intelligence, etc. In some ways, maybe, but it's not a straight up opposite. It seems that "humble" might be the most perfect opposite in the list that Kay posted.

Claude's answer was more entertaining, LOL. You might have never heard the term "diminumaniac" because I made it up. You and Kay are talking about "0". -7+7=0, that is humble, neutral and anassuming. I am talking about minus 7. Equal and opposite. Hopefully, that gets the train back on the joke track

Wrong - I'm not talk about "0". I'm talking about mirror images - they don't equate to a number ...they are ONLY an image in reverse. They do not cancel out each other but only show 2 views of the same thing.

To my mind, a diminumaniac....would be a 'short crazy person'...so....

My conclusion: I am too logical for this discussion....later, dude

Well, then - you want entertainment here it is. One school of thought says that on subconscious cognitive levels love and hate are not opposites - love and fear are. Since megalomaniacs love the crap out of themselves -- the opposite would be:

        Megalophobia.

The other school of thought (more philosophy than cognitive science) says that the opposite of love is indifference which would make the answer:

        Megalo-yawn-whatever.

I think that was Elie Wiesel - very prolific writer.

Profound. I also believe that the opposite of Hate is indifference. For example, it's much easier to sell a person that is angry with you, than disinterested....because that person is emotionally involved.

Jim Hightower said, "The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it is conformity". which rings true to me as well.

Actually, if I were 25 years younger, Riffle and I would look quite a lot alike. So, the opposite of me...is just much younger me.

I'm a huge Superman and Batman fan. Riffle is a fan of Marvel Comics. And that is why he will never get into Heaven.
