Movies that I might go see after reviews from friends.

Joe, my suggestion would be to lounge straight through the release of Genisys and wait for the video release. I'm guessing it will be horrible.

Mission Impossible is pretty much the only Tom Cruise I can stomach these days. Hopefully, they don't screw that up.

Blake Lively. Well, I'd watch her sleep. I was a fan of her sister, Robyn, too.

I take it there's no trailer for the upcoming 007 flick SPECTRE yet.

So that blind people can hate them as well.

      The only movies that matter are Superhero movies;

      Avengers; Age of Ultron.
      The next Captain America movie,
      Doctor Strange
      Batman V Superman
And the next batch of X-Men movies.

I haven't seen you talk about Suicide Squad yet. Have you seen Leto's Joker?:

I didn't see that. Thanks for posting it.

On the other hand, I'm not a big DC fan. Marvel is great, and everything DC is just crap.

Well, four of the five movies you referenced above are Marvel franchises...

Yes, that would substantiate my claim.

Honestly, I just don't know much about The Suicide Squad. I never read it in comics, and I haven't followed it for the movie. Of course, I'll see it. Anything with a mask...and I'm in the theater.

Have you been watching any of the Justice League animated movies recently? They are pretty well done, I think.

I'm absolutely going to see Tomorrowland, and Ex Machina. Probably the new Terminator movie. You?

I'll see Avengers in the theatre, that's about it. I'll eventually see all of them, with the exception, possibly, of Terminator (my expectations are very low for it). Between the amount of money I've spent on my home theatre and the fact that I find it very uncomfortable to sit in a dark room full of strangers, we don't go out to see a lot of movies anymore.

No idea Shane, but they sure have risen the bar. It's a great time to be a comics fan.

How about Batman V Superman? Aren't you going to see it?

We have a decent TV too (not as amazing as yours), and we get all the services (I think). But I want to see it now.

I agree about not wanting to sit in theaters. I have an unnatural aversion to people sitting close to me, making noises. A movie can be ruined for me, if a family sits directly in front of us, and they all start slurping and crunching..and talking. And my wife won't move, once we get a seat. I'm really quite the baby about it. I don't say anything, but I'm thinking about it, the entire movie.

If there were an offer to see Batman V Superman, tomorrow, instead of next year..and it only cost $200 a ticket...I'd pay it.

I might see it, I might not. The concept does nothing for me. I'll just sit there the whole time thinking, "Superman could've killed him right there. And right there. And right there. Roll the damn credits already."

I'm exactly the same way with the sounds. I don't even like sitting next to my wife. When she drinks, it sounds like she's swallowing gravel and dropping pebbles down a well. It drives me insane and she knows it. Sometimes she gets annoyed with me being annoyed and it starts a whole thing. She'll ask, "well, how am I supposed to swallow," and it takes severe concentration not to make a vulgar reply. I'm not always successful.

I know! I believe it's literally impossible for a Superman movie to be even remotely realistic.
                      There are a series of "How it should have ended" videos on Youtube. For example;

HA! Every sentence made me laugh. My wife eats cereal, I hear her crunch, and she knows I hear her. She'll stop..look at me...and I laugh (Because we both know how much I hate it)

She slurps her hot chocolate, and gulps very loudly when she swallows it. I just stare at her, with a half grin on my face. Sometimes, I'll turn the TV up a little (not because I need to, but as a joke) She refuses to eat potato chips in the same room as me, because I laugh about it so much.

It really does bother me. But it's so funny, her reaction and mine...that I just laugh.

And she's way too much a lady to tell me about my various irritating snorts, farts, gulps. I really won the lottery with this one.

She was licking an envelope one day, and I told her that I would never ask for sex again, if she would let me video tape it.

It's difficult for you to move, they only have so many Baby seats in Theatres.

I know I'm talking to the wall here as I know you have or will be skulking off to see Ex Machina this afternoon.

As a bit of an action movie junkie, I'm looking forward to the new Mission Impossible Movie and the new James Bond Movie as well as Hitman: Agent 47.

I'm also looking forward to the movie about NWA called Straight Outta Compton, the music reminds me of some of my high school days.

I'm a sucker for comic books movies (except Ant Man) so I'm looking forward to the new Fantastic Four movie.

I heard that Benedict Cumberbatch is going to play Marvel's Dr. Strange in 2016 and since Dr. Strange is one of my favorite Marvel characters, I'm really excited about that one!!! Benedict is quite the actor and I think he's the perfect actor to play the master of the mystical arts.

Also X-men: Apocalypse is coming out next year, love that franchise.

Really jazzed about the new Star Wars movie coming out in December, thank goodness George Lucas won't be part of that one.

They're making an Independence Day sequel next year with Jeff Goldblum and Liam Hemsworth, I'm curious what that will be like.......

May the force be with y'all.....
