Eat Pineapple before bed!



Pineapple has ingredients which aid the release of Serotonin and Melatonin while you sleep, which in turn stimulate greater HGH secretion.

So have a few slices before bed and wake up and feel the difference!

    Yes only recently read about the hormone increasing benefits of pineapple.
    Also it has digestive enzymes that's supposed to help better absorption of protein.
