when was the last time you realized your life is going down the gutter; forget about the fact that you are here to change your life around by a support group of internet marketers that may be making tons and you will be next by being here in the forum actively working on your campaigns and practicing like a newbie that some of you reading this may be (like myself).......when was the last time you were realizing that life is drifting by and you sigh and you are like 'man how did i get myself to this point'.....no money no career no relationship no dream house no dream car and you are hitting mid life crisis BAM!!

and then one night such as myself, sitting in your bedroom and watching a clip of a cartoon show Charlie Brown on youtube.

Random story.....Sad but True

***Side note, i am not feeling pitty for myself i just did this for the fun of it; i am not depressed i am just sharing a story happily because I hope not to be here for long in this position...

Well it's never too late to be a "winner" in life. As people, we grow the most from adversity and difficult situations.

Sure wish my thanks button wasn't maxed out.

Cam -- you read that whole post and that's all you got out of it? Do you know those of us who are linguists or even just have taken linguistics classes kinda laugh at you grammar nazis who think they're smart just because they can spot an error? This isn't a dissertation - it's conversation. People who are only smart enough to spot grammar and spelling errors in text or speech and it sidetracks enough that they lack all perception of meaning probably aren't the people he was addressing anyway.

Edit - I didn't see you next post. So you read for errors and not meaning from the get go? WTF? You have too much time on your hands.

LOL. I'm definitely not a grammar Nazi. I wouldn't have pointed out one minor "error".

The whole thing's a jumble of words... I didn't read the whole thing, and I certainly didn't understand what he or she was saying. lol

That's what emotion does to speech in males. I'm not kidding - men have a gland that women don't that makes it harder for them to speak (or write) rationally when upset or angry. It ("jumbled writing") should have been the first clue that the guy needed some empathy rather than a grammar lesson. Perhaps you should study some cognitive linguistics before teaching grammar.

I'm a male, and I've never typed like that in my life... explain that!

True, l went online after 4 years of trying to get a ceramics business off the group, and a few before then.

Best thing that l could have done, (well odd's on) and 7 years later l have a graphics business, that is hopefully going from strength to strength?

True that it is easy to get respondent when slogging away at a blog, and hearing about others who are making a killing from it.

But only about 13% are making it profitable, most aren't!

The thing about being online is like Frank Kern said...

98% of the time, what you try online won't work, but 2% will work! And it is that 2% that will change your life for the better!
That usually requires dogged determination over, (unless you are lucky) 5 to 7 years, before hitting the jackpot, or at least following the rainbow to it!

Tell yourself that if making it online were easy, then everybody would be here and very few would be working for someone else!

Physically making it online is easy, Mentally it is the Mount Everest of Goals!

But, with enough determination Everest can be conquered!

That's okay to stop and feel sorry for yourself once in a long while - as long as the thinking ends up with a renewed desire to fix things. I'm way beyond anything mid-life. Things don't go the way I'd planned when I went to college, either - life is up and down like a freaking roller coaster. What's important is that you find a way to have some fun and joy when you're at the bottom and just keep focused on the crest in front of you. If you can smile and say "that's kewl" or "wow that was fun" enough, the rest just kinda falls in line after awhile.

If online is not working for you, you should get out and get a job and try something that brings in a paycheck for awhile. You can always work online in your spare time, but you will have a paycheck and be meeting people, both of which you seem to need.
