I am doing a lot of small conferences and there is usually a line up after the event so I would like to get a portrait photo screen that I can put some graphics and video artwork on to reinforce the purchase. So want a desk model. Anybody know what they are called

    From the images you included, I would guess that you're looking at a tablet with a docking station/charger.
