Restore Laptop Help

One of my laptops has been severely damaged by viruses and Malware. How can I master reset it to start fresh? It is a Toshiba with Windows 8 it never came with a Windows Cd or any other Cd. What is the best solution?

    These days a lot of pc's and laptops have the restore bit in a separate partition on the hard drive which can be accessed by hitting the F11 key or holding it down (or another) when you start the machine up, before the windows splash screen comes up.

    I would google: restore Toshiba (model number) procedure to see if that's the case and if so, which key. Another thing you could try is to simply do a system restore to an earlier time, (under accessories). It might work.

    You can probably order restore discs from Toshiba's website.

    I would follow Mark's suggestions first. (I can't believe I just said that.)
