Did I just give an infraction?

I just discovered the give infraction button and thought it's a bug that it's shown to me and was just curious if I would get an error, so I randomly infracted the user bluboi543.

However, there was no error after hitting submit, Did I really gave him an infraction now?

    Wow, you did it ! I was so close to give someone an infraction. Cause I was kind of trying every button out to see it's function. There should be the reverse button somewhere, good luck.

      There should be a 'brains' button, too - but seems to be well hidden.
