CCleaner is the best one, I guess. There is the latest CCleaner build (5261) which supports Windows 10 as well. I've been using it for a long time and will be using it in the future too

Hmmm, tried CCleaner, and it works, but is too aggressive for my taste, it also dumps your files into one spot and if you press the wrong button it deletes the lot!

I had that happen a few years ago with XP, but maybe it behaves better in W7?

I use Norton, (has autorefill, saves a lot of time, but is a pain to start these days).

Regcure pro, costs about $30, and does a great job of cleaning your computer. But make sure your browser is excepted, as it tends to delete all of the icons next to the bookmark links.

It also reduces the dreaded W7, freezeup, which happens from time to time.

Malewarebytes, finds things Norton misses, and it is free, so definitely get that one, but download an older version as the current one, annoys you more about buying the paid version than a Coles automatic machine does, "please take your items groan"!
