Recession - If it happens, what will you do?

It looks like a recession is looming, fingers crossed it doesn't but if it does, what can you see happening in your business and what will you do?

Most of my current business is digital marketing and I could guestimate 40% of my clients would cut me out if they had to start "reducing costs".

I have no other answer but to make more calls.

How are you bracing yourself?

What are you looking at that leads you to this idea?

    Not bracing, but embracing!!

If the current stock market has you concerned, know this, historically, good copywriters often make more money in a downturn economy.

IF you are an expense, as your post suggests you are, then you may lose out, but, if you are an asset, which keeps the cash flowing to your clients, you can cherry pick the great clients who value your expertise.

So, continue to fall S & P 500, thank you NYSE and if it continues, the so called "blood in the Wall streets" of the world means steak and lobster for the copywriter who can produce results.

You should probably try to increase your results with the companies you are already working for.

PS. Also, biz-op SOARS during a downturn economy, as does spiritual products.
