If you get hit by a car in China, it's not unusual for the driver to try to come back and kill you. Here's why:

    Gee, l thought that the Chinese only killed a lot of whales off for their meals and did it under BS scientific experimental reasons, apparently some are seriously warped!

    Which is better being broke or killing someone?

    I never ran into this problem (see what I need there?) whilst living in China years ago. Based on their distribution of wealth, though, I can certainly see it being a problem.

    Crossing the roads wasn't quite as death defying as doing so in Rome, say, where you often have several streams of traffic going in multiple directions and where zipping little cars speed like bullets and pedestrians are often seen casually weaving through the seeming chaos, but it's up there. If I drove there I'd have problems too. In the summer, you'll often seen ladies on their bicycles momentarily lifting their skirts to cool down.

    I wouldn't let the article put off anyone from visiting, though. Lovely place, lovely people, lovely skirt lifting.

    What are these people living as though this was the med evil times. If my child was a victim of one of these creeps, never mind them going to jail because I'll choke their last dying breath from them and then run them over dozens of times.
