    They offered him a contract the last time he was released and he said no.

    Why not take it this time and have some fun? Playing in the arena league worked out well for Kurt Warner as it lead to another chance in the NFL for him.

    I think he could really help a team on short 3rd and 4th down situations where his running and throwing ability could be put to use but the Eagles thought differently. How dare they?

    I also can't believe that gay guy couldn't find a spot on one of 32 NFL teams.

        Don't really know what happened there, but I do know he simply wasn't NFL caliber. He could only play one position and was a tad on the small side. Though he could of maybe worked out in a Tampa 2 type defense.
