A Day of Remembrance
I can remember exactly the details of that moment of my Life as it happened and how I heard the details.
I was still single. No family no kids yet.
I was running my sign business out of my one floor dilapidated house I bought the year before.
A.K.A. Bachelor Pad LOL
I was getting ready to make a delivery run in my 94' honda civic and heard on car radio that two planes hit the Trade Center. This particular station does pranks on people on this particular day in the morning. So I really thought they were pulling everyone's leg.
After about 5 minutes of listening to it, I realized it was no joke.
I hurriedly ran back inside and turned on the TV and saw the heinous events live.
I took off the rest of the day from my Sign business as I was in shock and couldn't hardly move !
Solemn day with lots of horrific tragedies but yet lots of heroes as well. Lots of people lost their " innocence" that day
