Clarification on forum rules?

To moderators or anyone else who can help me.

I made a post yesterday asking if anybody had any recommendations for a high end coaching program in the product launch industry and I wanted to get some feedback from Warrior Forum members.

However, a few hours later I received a PM from a moderator saying that my thread had been deleted for violating terms and he/she told me that I wasn't allowed to post promotional ads in the discussion forums.

The thing is, I wasn't trying to sell anything, I was simply looking for recommendations for a good coaching program.

I sent a reply to the mod to try to get clarification about the rules, but I haven't received a reply as yet.

Should I have posted this in a specific thread?

Maybe somebody else can help me out with this, as I don't want to have my account banned.

Thanks,

MaximumROI

While most of us did not see the thread we can only guess. And my guess is your post was more or less what should be a classified ad disguised as a post looking for a recommendation.

If you want a recommendation, then post in the internet product review section and make the post simple. such as. "who do you think is the best coach for "x"
