Facebook and Friendfeed just aren't the same.

Maybe people are right and Google wave wont replace twitter - I wanna TWEET

        They are continuing to get hit by denial of service attacks. From Twitter, "As we recover, users will experience some longer load times and slowness. This includes timeouts to API clients. We're working to get back to 100% as quickly as we can."

    Yeah, twitter is working again, but I doubt this will be the last time it gets taken down the nature of twitter lends itself to attack. But twitter isn't the only game in town.

    Why don't you setup your own Twitter?

    I am... using Elgg.org, the new version comes with a plugin called "The Wire" which is just like twitter...
