Next year. I'm 46 and have never owned a home (I own a piece of land though). My aim is to build my house. My first product launches next week, a second the week after, and my first memebrship site is going well, so by next year I will be in a position to achieve that goal.

    Enjoy the journey.

Owning where you live is a great investment for most anyone.

It's one of the pillars of wealth building in the great book...

    The Richest Man In Babylon.

After you get your home to live in, rental property is a good investment for retirement.

Get a new rental at least every 4-5-6 years and you won't have a lot to worry about during retirement.

I'm working on obtaining property #4 as we speak.

most houses are an investment vehicle, property as well. My gramps was pretty sharp with money, he used to tell me 'if you're going to invest in something, invest in property, it always will go up because they aren't making any more.'
