I make internet ads for a living. I run adblock at home.
That my friends actually care about me when in reality, I'm basically the filler friend.
That I'm super chill. I'm always freaking out and anxiety is killing me, but I try to look super chill so that those around me don't worry or freak out and they to can just be chill.

    I am reading these posts and feeling that you guys posting are young - by my standards anyway - I am 51 - and you echo the way I felt when I was young - so words of advice and - with my advanced years hopefully reassurance.

    If that is the way you feel where you are, your are just right now in the wrong place. The world is a big fabulous exciting and accepting place to exist and, if you get out there and do things and go places you will find people who make you feel valued and who genuinely value you for who you are.

    Sounds cheesy but - don't be constrained by other people's expectations. If they make you feel the way you are describing, they are not the people you need to be around. Leave them behind. Find a new world and new friends.
