What do I have to do to get a hold of Ken Reno?

I hope someone here can help me. I have been trying to get a hold of Ken Reno for about a month now. I've created a support ticket to the program I bought, I sent him emails, I sent him pm's on the Warrior forum and even posted here so I can get a hold of him.

I know that he is busy because I see tha he is launching couple of products. But come on, just answer my question.

Personally, I don't think it will take that long. I bought his software with the PLR rights so I imagine I could get one question answered.

If anyone here knows how to get a hold of him or knows him personally, please have him contact me.

One last thing, I have heard good things about Ken. Therefore, by posting here, I'm not trying to make him look bad. I tried so many things and since he is an active WF member, hopefully he'll find this post and reply back to me.

he took my money and disappeared...

makes no sense as to why he would do this...

anybody in contact with him?
