short term rental tool for AirBnB

hope is not too off topic..
I have a property listed on AirBnB and since there is couple of similar services, I´d like to add my property there as well (there is about 10 similar sites). But, of course, if somebody makes reservation, it would be impossible to keep all the calendars up to date.
Do you know about some tool to manage calendars on all sites at once?
