    Wow Jody - you've still got that on your calendar? Holy crap - stop it!

    Thanks everyone. Had a peaceful day running a must attend to errand, then went back to bed. Every 7 or 8 years my body pulls a Terra on me and this year it chose my birthday - just to remind be I'm actually legally old and am supposed to be chronically ill, since I usually don't get that message on my own. 3 days of bed rest about every 7 years is all time seems to be able to slam me with, so I'd say that's not too bad. Gave me an excuse to sit still and watch a few movies for a change.

    Anyway - the rapid weather change here with the snow, clearing huge tree branches out of the road and digging a trench around the driveway to let the water flow off (had a pond growing that was getting big enough to stock fish), and then 9 hours of power outage finally got to me. My big thrill today is going to be hiking a city block long round trip to the mail box and back to clear my lungs out. If ya lay down with pneumonia it gets worse. So - between cayenne and ginger to clear the lungs, and a few other supplements and big hot mugs of tea, and a couple of daily short hikes -- the best it got of me this time was 3 days. 2 movies short of resuming normal activities, LOL.
