RIP Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots & Velvet Revolver)
He was to play a gig at a small local venue (Spicoli's - Waterloo, Ia) on Saturday night where my wife and I watch a lot of shows --> now he will be playing the great gig in the sky like so many others before him as the oft-troubled lead singer has fallen.. 
Below are a couple snaps I took of STP from deep in the crowd in Rockford in 2011.
A sad day for rock and roll...RIP, Scott.
