      I've seen Busey on Celebrity Apprentice. He acts as though he has damage to his frontal cortex. It manages impulse control and decision making.

      Too bad. He gets very excited, and it's hard for him to manage his behavior.

        Yeah,I hear his Rates are pretty reasonable for speaking engagements at Vacuum Cleaner Conventions.
