Jose Aldo
Mentality-- Quiet Rage
Physical Power-- Very high
Standing Technique-- Very high
Ground Technique-- Very high
Conditioning-- Good (But varies)
Style-- Chess player that loves Checkers

Conor McGregor
Mentality-- Open Rage
Physical Power-- Extreme
Standing Technique-- Solid attacks
Ground Technique-- Decent
Conditioning-- Very good if injury-free
Style-- Checkers player that loves shooting the pieces with a shotgun

Should be one hellovawar. I believe that Jose Aldo is currently the #1 pound-for-pound boxing/MMA sportfighter in the world, and I am betting my money on him. That being said, I won't be surprised if he stays on defense too much and gets caught by Conor's raw power.

Aldo's easiest win would come from baiting McGregor's counterattacks... the Irishman has terrible recovery after his own attacks, especially his own counters. If Aldo can maintain balance and doesn't hesitate, he should be able to catch McGregor with one of his devastating flurries.

McGregor's easiest win would come from punishing Aldo for using his superior kicks. A straight hard left fist delivered right on the button while Aldo is in the middle of attempting a punishing leg-kick should be lights-out for the Phenom.

Overall this is a great match. If the fight ends early, it is most likely because of McGregor's power. The longer it goes on, the more chance there is that Aldo's superior arsenal will find a way to force or steal a win... Assuming Aldo's conditioning can carry him well into the later times of the fight.

Frankie vs. Urijah
For me this comes down to just one thing:
When is the real Urijah gonna show-up again?
Because if he comes as himself, Frankie can't handle it.
If he doesn't... It will be painful to watch.

Chris Weidman vs Luke Rockhold
I just don't see Weidman getting caught in the rear naked choke.
It could happen, yes... But I seriously doubt it.

Tecia Torres vs Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger
Not that I don't like Jocelyn, I just think this is a token fight for Torres.

I hope Aldo wins as well.

But, My God! McGregor shows the power of absolute belief. And he has the skills to match.

Last night, his friend and protege, Artem Lobov...who also had absolute belief in himself, was dominated by a skilled Jiu Jitsu phenomenon named Ryan Hall.

I stayed up late, just to see Hall perform. His stand up is very weak, (and Lebov is one dimensional), but Ryan showed that he had the answer to Lebov's power.

Yep, Ryan vs. Lebov is exactly what I was talking about!
I love watching this particular dynamic between fighters.
It is one of the most fascinating things about sportfighting, imho.

      SPOILER!!!

Yup, the Wild Leprechuan got the win with that perfectly placed left hand in just 13 seconds.

One of the reasons I knew I would enjoy UFC 194 is that I wasn't sure
about most of the fights. I lost some money on most of them, but I'm glad
for it, because it was a damn good time.

It would be nice if the McDonald's of MMA could keep up this level
of entertainment? Guess we'll have to wait and see if Lawler and Conduit
      step-up their game?

Immediately I thought of this, of course, but didn't want to spend the time to make it.
Luckily, this is the Internet, and I knew someone else eventually would:
