Can't see Thanks button!?

Well, I'm looking for the Thanks button and I can't find it. What's the problem? Please lemme know is my account restricted or something. You gotta like the best posts out there, right?

You won't see a thank button until you have made a few posts (I think 5 is what it takes). Posts in some sections don't count (such as this OT section).
