Facebook gone dark

Something strange is going on. Whenever I visit Facebook after a few seconds the page goes dark, not completely black but very dark. If I click anywhere on the page it goes back to normal and then after about 5 seconds the darkness returns. This happens on every Facebook page, not just the homepage.

This is only happening on Facebook, no other website. Anyone else have this happen to them?

    Found out why. Something was blocking notifications. I thought it might have had something to do with the fact it was my first Facebook account.

    That happens when a full page popup is opened. Maybe you have some kind of toolbar/spyware installed.
