High Chol or not?

Well yolks have high concentrated cholesterol..but the question is it enough to raise your own. From what I have read I don't think it is a huge risk. Ironically, saturated fat is actually worse for raising your LDL than the actual cholesterol in a product.

Eggs are ridiculously high in protein and are cheap, quick, and easy to make.

Since I have set my fitness goals I have used eggs in the morning as the perfect breakfast before a work out.

If you are realyl concerned - swap out some whole eggs with liquid whites. If you say use one or two whole eggs - you can add some egg whites, scramble and it will keep a pretty normal consistency.

Ya know - cholesterol can be controlled via aerobic exercise. Why don't doctors come clean about that?

Then you would go back to eating egg yolks which offer some of the most complete nutrition of any food. Put those with a banana or avacado and you're good to go.

Eggs == yum to me. I do low carb every now and then, and my cholesterol numbers are just fine.

      Yup!

Oh and for the OP - a real life anecdote - you can tell from my pic I am a big guy - well I have been eating eggs regularly for about a year and a half (since i have been hitting the gym) and my last blood test (last week) was spotless - cholesterol, triglycerides etc were normal levels. The docs didnt want to be rude but he was like "Wow for a guy your size that is...weird" LMAO
