I know it's new year already in some parts of the world...like Australia, New Zealand, Africa and some other parts of the world.

I know this because I've worked with clients from every continent and nearly every country in the world where English and French are spoken.

Without further ado, HAPPY NEW YEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS!!!

May God richly bless and reward all your endeavors in 2016 in Jesus' Name, Amen!

Let's work more and play less.
Bless more and curse less.
Give more and withhold less.
Love more and hate less.
Listen more and talk less.
Do more and say less.
Make more money and pay more taxes
Spend more time with family and Facebook less.
Exercise more and eat less.

And above all...

Invest more in your business and spend LESS!

God bless you!!!
- Ken

P.S - I did bless you in the name of my God, nothing personal or religious. So don't hassle me.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Damn, and l had my Vengeful God routine on standby?

        I would rather...

        Work less and play more
Party less, and take,....umm, no, l don't want that?
Give more and get, well, l want something?
Listen more, nah, l am a genius, so, l don't have to bother with that one?
Do more, no, done too much already, still getting over the Xmas workaholic run, (probably explains why l still crave Xmas alcoholic pudding).
        Make more money, etc, yep.
Spend less time of FB, pretty easy considering what a dog it is!
Exercise more, and,......well, l will east less?
Invest more in my business, like to, but only when it is worth it!
Have a Mars a day since it will help me work, rest, and apparently make my dentist my best friend?

I won't use the God reference, since it might put Claude into one of his, bloodbath sweeping statements?

Couldn't handle that this early in the year!

And a Happy,....um,.....well, happy Groundhog Day???

From my records, folks who played a lot are the same folks who whine about how the economy has gone downhill, etc etc.

Claude Hopkins said he thinks his work as play which was why he counted more checks than bills

I do believe that you think your work as play because you're an active member on the WF.

Actually, I'm an active member of the Off Topic forum and I am semi-retired and spend a great deal more time playing than I do working, other than home renovations and housework and cooking meals, yard work, etc.

House is paid for, truck is paid for, I'm not a mindless consumer of crap that I don't want or need ... have passive income and never aspired to be a multi-millionaire. Prefer enjoying my life over working or even thinking about working.

Don't know who Claude Hopkins is and don't care what he says and spend ZERO time whining about the economy, so obviously, your records are incomplete.

OK glad to know that you've made my records incomplete. However, every marketer in the U.S should read Claude Hopkins' books as well as David Ogilvy . . .

Hmmm, l don't live in the US, so l suppose that l am off the hook?

If it talks about becoming a workaholic, and make it fun, then l will give it a miss.

The human body can only take so many hours a day, before it collapses!

I tend to go with Rich Dad, Poor Dad's, series of books, which talk about using money to create an income producing asset, then use that to plough back into the business!

Although l my case, l am ploughing all of my time and some bought assets, into the graphics business, and then using the profits from all online assets, to plough back into speeding things up. Well, at least in one area!

Although l can relate myself to a songwriter; a songwriter might produce a lot of work that doesn't hit the jackpot, but one hit wonders, are inevitable.

Well, one hit, will increase speed, and is sure to produce more hits!

You don't have to live in the U.S to read Claude and David's books. Just mentioned it because I live in America.

Well, I'm just glad that you did so I don't have to. I prefer to read thrillers and true crime novels.

  • I do not believe in crankin' worko to the max.

Seems like the productive thing to do — to drill an' streamline an' target an' thrust an' maximise an' focus an' produce (& etc) — but there is a point beyond which alla that stuff gets costly an' unproductive.

So I am with playin' around some.

A moment of my slacko figures pretty good.

An' what do we all wanna do anyway?

Mebbe chill over the festive season, hang out, smooch up close to whimsy an' fancy.

So yeah, I will get my knuckles white an' bust my ass, but I am not about to burn up, over, an' out.

Playin' around is where the next happnin' thing comes from, so you gotta make space for it in the maelstrom of industriousness or you jus' gonna geat deadbeat stagnation.
