Terrific actor. Same age as Bowie too and died of cancer. Is this a fad?

        He was #3.

Lemmy (70) Bowie (69) and now Rickman (69). All from cancer.

Lemmy is not in the grouping, it should be over a three or so day period.

I had a cousin once say to me, "Everything happens in threes".

And I said to him, "Yes, and do you know why? Because once you get to three, you start the count over".

I remember that he had no idea what that meant.

I'd like to test my psychic powers and state that someone else of note will pass within 7 days of this day Tuesday 19th January 2016.

The spirits are baying for more celebrity blood.

And now that all three have died, there will be no more celebrity deaths for the rest of the year. Because...everything happens in threes, and nothing happens in fours.

By the way, my first brother was killed by being hit by a train. Decades later, my second brother was killed as he was hit by a train.

The scientifically verified fact that...everything happens in threes...and my brothers were both hit by a train...leads me to the certain conclusion that, if I just never cross the train tracks on a road, I'll live forever.

              You heard it here, folks.

You know, trains come off the tracks all the time. You don't need to cross them to get hit by them.

Also, if I, I mean, someone were to somehow sharpen a Lionel train and stab you with it, would that count?

Raising a child is akin to knowing you're getting fired in 18 years and having to train your replacement without actively sabotaging them.

That's so obscure. Now if he was attacked from the air by someone wearing a Kilt then you could say he was killed by The Flying Scotsman.

No, Dan, and neither will a bullet with a picture of a train on it count.

And if you hire a hitman named Lionel...that doesn't count either.

                  Absolutely.

And I also make them up as I go along.

Added later; Patty Duke died today. OK, that's 187 public figures have died in the USA so far this year...which proves what I've always said, "Everything happens in 187s"
