Cursor Highlight

Hello.
Could you please help out?
I am instructing a course.
I need a yellow highlight circle at the end of my mouse pointer.
This will make it easier for people to follow my mouse.

What program can I use to get this cursor highlight?

    Is this a video?

    Camtasia or Screenflow both have ways to highlight the cursor in the edit.
