gmail email accounts -- this doesn't make sense -- or does it?...
firstnamelastname.services@gmail.com
So far, so good.
Then, when I went to ALSO create another gmail acct. that was...
firstnamelastnameservices@gmail.com (no dot),
google told me that was already registered.
And, when I log into the account WITH the dot, it leads where it should.
But otherwise google treat it as if there is NO difference between the acct WITH the dot and the acct WITHOUT the dot. So,as far as I can tell, google thinks those (two different) accounts are ONE AND THE SAME!
Can that be?
It makes no difference is the dot is there or not -- it's all treated as if it's one acct?!?
Anyone know about how google treats "the dot"? Seems to make no difference if the dot is there, or not.
