Another Day in Melbourne.

Ok, went into the city for a day off and took some pics, (and yes Terra there are some opal ones there).

These were taken on a 30 digree day, or hot!

First one is the Tennis Centre, well on the train coming into Flinders Street Station.



Next is the station....



Then looking the other way....or Southbank with Kerry Packers Casino. And Mariah Carry probably walking about with a security guard and a rock on her finger worth as much as a large mansion.



Well the Casino is further down....

And the other way...

You can just see the bike lanes, on the pedestrian walking path,...almost bought it when visiting a while ago, since a bike rider was speeding.

But unfortunately our council does stupid things first, and thinks about it later!



Then l went to a coffee shop overlooking the Yarra.

But didn't stay long, the air con was barely on!



The sparrows are pretty aggressive here also, almost had one take a dive at my lemon slice.



Then l made my way up Swanston Street...

Seems like an appropriate image!



This is Melbourne City council!



Yeah, l know sprung!

And yes, no Koalas, or Kangeroo's jumping about, but the rumors about Wombats wandering about, might be some truth to that?

Then this store on the way to Hotel Sofietal...





Then the hotel, on level 35....

Had a guy pass me on one of those hoverboards, from the toilets. First person l saw riding one, but balancing on that while,....never mind!





The MCG is on the right, and the pool on the roof thing?

That was about it, spent a few hours there, and had a great day.

And yes there were some American tourists sitting in front of me, so we do get them, although most seem to be Chinese.

And from what l overheard all Chinese can spell Koala!
