Email client dilemma

Hey peeps

Wondered if i could pick some of your brains for his problem i have.

I'm looking for a way that i can sync my email clients together.. for my Macbook pro laptop, and my desktop pc.

I have Outlook on the PC and Microsoft Entrouge email client as the Macbook ..

I have looked everywhere and cant find anything that can do that.. so just wondering if anybody knows how to do that here?

Any advice welcome, and how do you have your system setup, so you can access email away and home.
