What's the best way to distribute a free report on WF?

- WF Classified?
- Post as WSO? (Is "Free" enough to make it a "Special" Offer?)
- Or post here, and ask warriors to review my site, and opt in to get it if they want it?

The report is free & original. Not PLR rehash. It has an affiliate link in the back. Not rebrandable by others yet.

It's a basic question. Just getting started with free reports, and I don't want to be offensive.

    For best response, you can advertise your original work as a WSO, but a brandible report would be highly recommended.
