This was a great day for me. I have passed some great moments with my team mates and that was really memorable, I will never ever forget this day. This is really a remarkable day for me.

- How did you passed your day....Today?

You are 10-11 hrs ahead of me in time - I haven't 'passed' my day yet.

    Looks promising, though!

Is this going to be an ongoing theme? You post every day telling us what you started the day with. Maybe you could get a book deal about it, possibly even a tv or film deal.

Sorry Suzanne, didn't intend doing a near duplicate of your post but spamming your sig. all over the forum seems to be the way to go, or at least, somebody has told him it is.

It's also against posting rules (unwritten) to continuously bump your own threads. It is considered spam for the same reason above ... normally done to inflate views of said signatures. If it continues, I will report the thread for that reason.

That's just punishing people who do not engage in this type of behavior because of people who do. I vote for just banning them.

I understand what you're saying, Suzanne, but (at least in the case of this thread and the other thread I mentioned) neither OP did anything deserving of being banned.

The OP of this thread has started a couple similar threads in the past, and I suspect the sole reason is sig exposure (hence my suggestion). Of course, that's impossible to prove and a ban would be both harsh and unfair.

Since the OT forum is akin to a bar and not focused on business, it makes at least some sense (to me at least) to do away with promotional sigs in this section. But, it was just a thought - and not up to me anyway.

Well, I know the past is the past, and things are different now, but the mods before Freelancer did indeed ban those guilty of starting a bunch of junk threads for signature exposure only. And for spam bumping junk threads to get their signatures seen. I still report them and sometimes they are removed.

Banning was one remedy. Simply turning off their sig capabilities was another. That often had the same results as a ban because many would stop posting when their sig was turned off.

Yep ... I've seen both used in the past effectively. I've never liked the idea of taking privileges from all for the sins of one.

You have sigs turned on? You know where you are right?

I can't even read the SEO section with sigs turned on. I can't do it. I tried it for awhile, I end up using SEO tools on the sites of "SEO agencies" out of certain countries just for giggles. One site had over 1 million spam backlinks and wasn't ranking for anything, pretty hysterical if you ask me.

      Update on my day....

Family in from Wisconsin/Tennessee (they go back and forth)...so Chinese food for lunch (leftovers from a HUGE carryout last night)...tried 3 new local wines (d-in-law is taking a wine appreciation class at the Uni....)

We played cards for an hour....later will watch grandsons ball game in Vero Beach on a way cool app called "gamechanger". I'm often amazed at what some "apps" can do...

      Going to Skyline Chili tonight...

Dogs are snoozing by the fire and I'm thinking a nap sounds pretty good....

Boring? Nope - not at all. Relaxing? You betcha...

This morning I was up early drinking my coffee and putting in some online orders for supplies.

My sister made us all waffles and bacon for breakfast.

I spent a couple of hours pondering over a silo authority site I'm building. Then I spent an hour preparing dinner of a mexican style lasagna thing in the crockpot as well as making some guacamole.

Then I put some laundry in.

Then I worked for a couple of hours while finishing watching Being Human.

Then I got some spanish rice cooking in the microwave and prepared some refried beans.

Then dinner was ready, so I made a cocktail (white russian) and ate the dinner.

Now everyone has scurried into corners of the house to wind down and I'm back outside where I started from this morning and nursing a second drink.

I just tried going into the main forum to look for something interesting - and started to feel heart palpatations over the complete frustration of things I was seeing.

Couldn't help but let princess snarky out to vent on a thread. So if I go missing again, well...

So I came back down here where it feels "safer" only to see spammer thread at the top.

I love you all - so don't get me wrong. But the growing pains on this forum are excruciating some days to say the least.

Anyway, will poke around for another minute or two, and then likely back inside to netflix and work.

I edited 20 articles, posted to 20 of my sites, spent several hours photoshopping logos out of photos, spent a bunch of time trying to get likes/shares on social media, wrote and sent 5 emails out to different lists. Ecommerce sales are piling up as they always do on the weekend, so tomorrow is going to suck. I think I'm done for tonight, I still have to deal with trash and find my way to the bottom of a six pack of miller lite.

Well, l passed one day, on a good deeds trip.

Went to the local shopping ctr, and saw a car which left their light on, so, took down the rego number and told centre management.

Then l found one of the main exculators, was broke, and went for the one which unfolds like a conventional staircase instead of the, conveyor belt type one, that is better for the disabled, but wasn't working.

Then passed an old guy using a walker, that was mumbling something under his breath, but headed for he staircase one.

I was on this and heard a loud noise behind me, then l saw the same guy falling down the staircase type exculator!

I naturally grabbed him to stop him from falling or sliding any further, and picked up some of the coins he lost in the fall

Thankfully several people and security helped out, and eventually told us, that they had the matter in hand.

I gave security his coins, and walked away.

But came back and told one of the security guards to make sure to notify everyone that there was a lift nearby.

The poor guy got a bleeding arm, since his arm hit the moving staircase first, and had a large bandied, (for want of a better word) on his head, so he has obviously had a hard day or week?

Third good deed was, when Deadpool finished, and some girls walked out during the closing credits, l let them know that there was some more at the end, they thanked me and sat down again.

At least the gags make more sence this time.

Apart from that juggling kittens throwing knives, usual stuff!

I would backflip through your halo, only I am eatin' a bagel.

      Cool stuff: no laundry today.

Cooler stuff: I love ploopin' warm raisins cos they are so soft an' squishy.

But you gotta get it jus' right or they burst.

Gonna try a triple plooper now.

      Nipples, even.

I am feelin' very ploopilicious right now.

No way am I goin' near a lift today, or I am jus' gonna feel people's buttocks.

Perhaps I should chain myself up in the basement an' define my vision for the weekend.

For sure it will involve warmin' up a bowl of grapes an' pressin' my face in it.

Aw, c'mon -- it is the end of the week, an' I wanna ploop out.

LOL, couldn't agree more, Princess...l think?

Came back from the shopping ctr, and noticed, after my, heroic deed in saving the elderly from flipping themselves on automated staircases, that the loudspeakers at Myers, said, no seniorsliding allowed here.

Well, they may have said, don't use the push aid, things, and use the lifts?

Also found a new toilet in the newish shopping ctr, that is hidden to most. And is spotless!

Pretty cool to have one, that doesn't make you want to run out screaming, as most do.

We need to start a worldwide campaign to teach the young how to flush a toilet?

Apart from that it was an uphill battle trying to find a half decent coffee shop, most were closed or barren?

Probably has something to do with the Labour Day long weekend?

But l managed to buy the last lemon meringue pie, and sit at a coffee shop that was freezing; great on a 93% humidity day!

Great to watch the world go by, and watch the occasional wombat take their latest victim.

Security is helpless against them, all they can do is mop up afterwards!

But Victoria is better than Queensland, since up there, they use cane toads, instead of golf balls.

        Gets pretty messy though?

The Cane Toad Classic was my favorite,....well, apart from the lenze cleaning part!

Since the OP is STILL ahead of us in time ...here's my yesterday...

Little bit of writing in the AM - and 30 minutes learning a new program I bought a while back.

              Off to this place:

Because it's going to be closed for the next year or two for renovation and repair and I hadn't been there yet.

Saw this IMAX movie - amazing films - birds-eye view...could have watched it again if they'd let me.

              https://www.cincymuseum.org/omnimax/...arks-adventure

Home by late afternoon and last night watched the movie "Everest".

Now....isn't that more than you wanted to know???? (Seriously, anyone who has a chance to see this one hour movie - go for it!)

                  Claude -

How many times do I have to remind you - don't wear the tight toupee on Fridays. It's the train terminal - and children's/natural history/Cincinnati city - museums.

It could be a month before I have another interesting day. I don't live on the edge with exciting daily adventures as you do .

....but, yes, does look like the Justice League hall, doesn't it? I don't have super powers, really I don't.

Sometimes it is unintentional or unavoidable. Went to Restroom at Mickey D's. One toilet in the playground section.

It had big 'skidmarks' on the bottom ceramic , left from the woman who used it a few minutes before. It was disgusting as it was a hybrid Goodrich 'skidmark' with some brown and red mixed in. She must have
          ulcers LOL

I tried flushing and re- flushing at least 10 times but this damn 'skidmark' was not coming off lol

Geese, way too much information, Discrat, glad l finished my breakfast a while ago.

Yes, and l have walked into my revamped shopping ctr, toilets after a 12 year old kid, used it, and no flushing!

I think that the kids these days, have this green movement rammed down their throats at school, so they intentionally don't press the button to save water?

Victoria isn't in a drought, at least not around here, and there are limits to this concept.

But the new hidden one, pristine, no messes on the floor to maneuver around, no toilet paper everywhere, and the two large mirrors, don't have any fingermarks on them.

Even the sinks are mainly dry!

But the aircraft handdryers are still there, it seems that the tenderly are the only ones that use them, everyone else goes for the towels.

The elderly probably can't hear it, so that might explain it?

I pretty much got jack-squat done today.

I had to deal with a bunch of ecommerce stuff, sourced some content, had to deal with some tech stuff.

Had a pretty massive anxiety attack when I saw the news this evening. I realize we can't discuss politics here but yeah, I don't really like to seeing something that looked to me like it was a borderline riot.

Yes, just walked into my shopping ctr toilet again, and still near perfect.

Well, l glanced at all of them, (cubicles) and still very clean, and the water was clean as well, no, silly kids here thankfully.

Also interesting that the cleaner came in and flushed all of the toilets, eventhough they didn't need it?

And cleaned the glass eventhough, as far as l could tell, it was pristine?

It seems that the cleaners are intentionally going into a near pristine mens toilet block, (and unnecessarily cleaning it) to avoid going into other far from perfect ones?

Can't blame them, come from the food court ones, and be scarred for life, spend half and hour in the near perfect one, and chill out, or recover?

I love how we all watch out for one another on OT.

Gotta be cool there is someplace to check in every day an' confirm:

        1) We are alive.

        2) We took a pee.

I am playin' Scrabble in a bar with friends, but I fully intend to relieve myself.

My big sister took me out to get a pedicure this morning. Last one was before xmas so I really needed a spring update and to get my orange back on.

I got a pass to the Marketing Mayhem event coming up this week and I think she's trying to get me cleaned up a bit. She started pulling out some nicer clothes for me to consider wearing as my current wardrobe is a bit too simplistic.

I used to have LOTS of shoes for example, but I stopped going out as much when I got involved in a long term relationship. That is over now, but shoes are long gone cause they are just not as comfy after sitting around in storage for over 10 years.

I'm really down to jeans, flip flops, and Tshirts - mixed in with some yoga pants for my daily uniform. Had brought a bit of winter stuff down with me and that took up way more bulk than my warmer weather wardrobe. All the clothes I own and wear at this point - including winter coat, jackets, scarves, hats, etc could probably fit into 3 suitcases tops. Get rid of winter and I'm down to one big one.

When you have to move stuff and move a lot it really forces you to be very specific about what you keep and what you get the most use out of.

Wondering now if I might need to get my nails done too so my hands look a little nicer with my cocktail rings on.

Then wondering if I need a hair trim, and starting to remember all this work it is to get cleaned up nice and how much time and money I used to spend on it.

I don't have to look at myself everyday. LOL, so I don't bother with anything beyond casual and just cozy. Like pajamas. Can live in them for days if I'm not going to a store. And even then when I was stuck on the island there were a couple of times I just went to the store with my pajamas on - as I was not out to impress anyone.

Perhaps my biggest concern is there will be photos taken. So if I go to look at those I am going to have to look at myself. lol

I very possibly am my own worst enemy.

Anyway, about to head inside and go watch a marathon of season 4 of breaking bad while doing some work.
