Yes, these propulsion techniques are ideas that possibly will be made to work in the future.

    Right now? Just ideas.

Right now, they are about as far along the "development scale" as teleportation and immortality.

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?

Immortality shouldn't be on the "development Scale". It should be on the "wet sci-fi dream" scale.

Think of it this way at least a few cells from our ancestors, millions of years ago, divided....and are still living today in some of us. Living cells only come from other living cells.

And if the human race survives a million years from now, it means at least some of the cells from some of us, have survived (by constant division) from now until then. So, in a very limited way, we are nearly immortal.

Of course, in the exact same way, nearly every other living thing is nearly immortal as well.

Except Kurt. When he dies, we're burning the body. And to be sure, we're doing it before the world wide celebration.

You should be living in a cell...a padded cell.

That means that one or more of the three races on Mars have already figured out how to use it.

LOL come in peace, shoot to kill.

This tech is out there, funny the NASA scientist said we can do it now, and it can be scaled to whatever we want?

But if we have to lug it into space, it might take a while, but it is more likely that it would do a burst at certain times to give the payload or craft a push.

Then it dumps its cargo while moving past Mars.

Promising way to speed it up.

Was going to ask if you could bring me something back.

Or to take a few Politicians with you.
