Not bodybuilding but I lift 4 times a week to get more muscular but I don't want to overdo it like this

When I was 13, I used to workout at the YMCA almost every single day. One of my favorite workout supplements was called Androstenedione. I could buy a bottle at any local GNC store without identification or parental consent.

In 2004, it was banned by the FDA and is now classified as an anabolic steroid. So, I guess I was somewhat of a bodybuilder back in the day.

I don't do a lot of weight training, but I have a daily routine. Each day targets specific muscles in my body. I also eat certain foods that are beneficial to each days work out. Push ups are hand down my favorite exercise.

That's great! I also exercise everyday but I don;t overdo it... Just to keep me healthy and fit.
